Scores & map dots
Every parcel in the Region 10 layer is scored and shown as a dot. The dot color reflects its scenario score: red 0–19, orange 20–39, yellow 40–59, light green 60–79, dark green 80–100. Click any dot for a popup with parcel details, or use the Home button to return to the full Region 10 view.
Top 20% glow
The soft purple/orange glow under the dots is a heatmap highlighting the top 20% of scores. It recalculates whenever you change filters or weights, so it always reflects your current scenario.
Scenario weights
Use the sliders in the left sidebar to set how important each criterion is. Toggle a criterion off entirely with its switch, or use the reset icon to return to defaults. Scores always normalize to 100, and every change instantly re-ranks parcels, the heatmap, and the top sites list.
Missing data & coverage
Parcels missing a data point (for example water service or rail access) are scored only on the criteria that have data. The Coverage % shown in the parcel pane tells you how much of your active weight was actually available — a low coverage can drag a strong site's score down.
Filters
Narrow the analysis by county, city, or zoning category. Filtering updates the map, the top 20% heatmap band, and the rankings — the count under the filters shows how many parcels match.
Address locator
Type an address or place name into the search box at the top-right of the map and pick a match — the map flies to it and drops a blue pin. Clear the box to remove the pin.
Top sites & zooming
The Top sites list ranks the best-scoring parcels. Click a row to select it, expand it for its score breakdown, or use Zoom to parcel to fly the map straight to it.
Selected parcel breakdown
The Selected parcel pane shows the active scenario score, the default model score, and a bar per criterion. Use Expand details for the full picture: each criterion's suitability score, its weight, its point contribution, and the underlying source data — proximity distances in miles, income and home values in dollars, and zoning categories.
